CUSTOMER/SUPPLIER INFORMATION


Information for the processing of data collected online pursuant to art. 13 - 14 of the GDPR 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no. 101 of 10 August 2018 pursuant to the articles 13 and 14 of EU Reg. n. 679/2016 (possible consent for marketing activities)

As a result of the articles. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data, the undersigned company CEL COMPONENTS, with headquarters in CASTENASO (Bo), via Ca' Dell'Orbo Sud 4, registered in the Bologna Companies Register, code fiscal IT04102600378, VAT no. IT04102600378 as data controller, informs you that the personal data acquired with reference to commercial relationships established, or which may be established, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation.

In relation to the aforementioned treatments, it provides the following information.

1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
the processing of personal data is carried out for purposes related to the establishment and conduct of commercial/contractual relationships and in particular for:
to. fulfillment of contractual obligations; execute purchase orders or contracts stipulated with the Data Controller and related obligations;
b. provision of pre-contractual information, directly and/or through appointed agencies;
c. commercial and functional purposes of the undersigned activity relating to goods/services;
d. internal statistical analysis;
And. promotional activity relating to goods/services offered by the undersigned, and different from the previous point;
f. (if any) subject to the express free and independent consent of the interested party, marketing activities through the sending of promotional and advertising material by e-mail, information regarding the products and services of the Data Controller as well as any further initiatives, commercial or otherwise , promoted by the same;
g. the data processed will be those relating to the Company you belong to (company name, registered office address, operational headquarters address, VAT number, tax code, telephone number, fax number, generic e-mail address, etc.), but also personal data (name and surname, direct telephone number, company mobile number, nominative email, etc.). This information is necessary for the processing of the latter.

2. METHODS OF TREATMENT
The provision of data and the related processing will be carried out in full respect of the confidentiality and information transmitted by the interested party. The Data Controller undertakes not to reveal this information to unauthorized persons, nor to use it for purposes other than those for which it was collected or to transmit it to third parties.
The personal data processed in paper, computerized, telematic or video form and inserted in the relevant databases (customers, suppliers, administration, etc.) may be known and processed by the Data Controller's personnel expressly designated by the undersigned as persons authorized to processing of personal data, which may carry out consultation, use, processing, comparison and any other appropriate operation, including automated operations, in compliance with the provisions of the law.
Personal data may be processed through paper, IT and telematic tools, with the use of security measures aimed at guaranteeing the confidentiality of the subject to whom the data refers and avoiding undue access to third parties or unauthorized personnel. In any case, the processing of personal data will take place in accordance with the law according to principles of lawfulness and correctness and in such a way as to protect the confidentiality of the interested party.

3. NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the need to execute a contract of which the interested party is a party or pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same, as well as by laws, regulations or collective or individual agreements, or by community legislation.
The provision of data is mandatory to fulfill what is required by legal and contractual obligations; any refusal to provide them, even partially, will make it impossible for the company to execute the contract or correctly carry out all obligations. derived from it.
Any refusal, partial or total, to provide the mandatory data will make it objectively impossible to establish or continue any relationship; however, in the case of optional data there will be no negative consequence, except for the impossibility of managing the appropriate information in the relationships between the parties.

4. DATA COMMUNICATION
The personal data relating to the processing may be communicated by the undersigned, solely for reasons connected to the aforementioned purposes, to:
Commercial agents, external warehouses, banks and credit institutions, commercial information companies, factoring companies.

5. DISSEMINATION OF DATA
The personal data processed will, in no way, be made known to indeterminate subjects.

6. TRANSFER ABROAD
The personal data processed will not be transferred abroad, within or outside the European Union.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
You are granted the right to:

• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 13-14 GDPR 2016/679);
• know which personal data is processed by the undersigned, their origin, purpose and method of processing (art. 15 GDPR 2016/679);
• submit a request for rectification to the Data Controller (art. 16 GDPR 2016/679);
• submit a request for deletion (right to be forgotten) of the data managed by the Data Controller (art. 17 GDPR 2016/679);
• submit a request for limitation of processing (art. 18 GDPR 2016/679);
• submit a request for opposition in cases where the processing falls within the scope of what is defined in art. 21 GDPR 2016/679.

8. DURATION OF TREATMENT
The processing will last no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected.
However, if the interested party considers, for any reason, that the purpose of the processing has been exhausted, he/she must communicate this in writing to the Data Controller indicated below, who will take steps to immediately delete the information.

10. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER
The figure of Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been identified as the undersigned does not carry out data processing that falls within the categories defined by art. 37 European Regulation 2016/679.
