Dear Customer, pursuant to art.13 of the European Regulation GDPR 679/2016 for the processing of personal data, Cel Components is the owner and responsible for the storage and processing of personal data; Below we would like to inform you about the management of personal data provided or collected by us.

Source of personal data

Our company collects data from end users, customers, suppliers and the data provided by you directly, through our agents or to third parties in order to carry out our commercial activity or by inclusion in our digital platforms. We collect personal data when we are asked for information regarding our products, services or information about our business. The data may include name and surname, contact details and other information necessary for issuing documents relating to our sales.

Purpose of the processing for which the data is intended
Personal data will be processed as part of our business for the following purposes:
1. Management of all activities relating to the commercial and contractual relationship
2. Fulfillment of tax and accounting obligations inherent to established commercial relationships
3. To provide important communications and improve the business relationship with our company

Data processing and storage methods

The data processing takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves. The data is stored on our servers and by appointed persons.
The data of which we become aware will be retained and stored for the performance of services relating to the existing commercial and contractual relationship. Any refusal to provide such data could lead to non-execution of the contract in whole or in part.
The data will be stored in our archives for the time necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations and according to the legal terms established for the conservation of documentation. If you express consent for the processing of your data for commercial and advertising purposes, the information concerning you will be kept in our archives until you request deletion of the data; in any case they will be processed solely for the purposes indicated, as described in this information.

Data disclosure

The data thus collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties except where expressly consented to by the interested party and in the cases expressly provided for by law or in cases of legal obligations.
If necessary we will communicate the data to:
• Bodies and institutes responsible exclusively for the purposes related to the contractual relationship
• Professionals responsible exclusively for the purposes related to the contractual relationship and the obligations inherent to it
• In case of legal disputes
• When disclosure is required by law or is the subject of a specific request from public authorities

Article 15 Right of access of the interested party
1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, in this case, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information:

1. the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data in question;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if recipients are from third countries or international organisations;
d) when possible, the expected retention period of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
e) the existence of the right of the interested party to ask the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or to limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their processing;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) if the data are not collected from the interested party, all available information on their origin;
h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party.
2. If personal data are transferred to a third country or to an international organisation, the interested party has the right to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees pursuant to Article 46 relating to the transfer.
3. The data controller provides a copy of the personal data being processed. In case of further copies requested by the interested party, the data controller may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs. If the interested party submits the request by electronic means, and unless the interested party indicates otherwise, the information is provided in a commonly used electronic format.
4. The right to obtain a copy referred to in paragraph 3 shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

Rights of the interested party. Pursuant to art. 7 Privacy Code, at any time the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data concerning him and to know its content and origin, to verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating , or rectification. You also have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of data concerning you.
